The provincial capital of North Rhine-Westphalia counts among the leading locations in various areas like advertising, international management consultancies and is the place of residence of numerous major corporations. Thousands of dependencies of foreign enterprises have set up business in Düsseldorf and its surrounding area. Even the high share of Asian corporations, the third-largest airport in Germany as well as the international exhibition make the location so attractive for companies on the "global market".
Well-earning singles, young families and seniors appreciate the urban environment combined with the good infrastructure. Next to the international school and various schools of higher education, Düsseldorf provides a large range of leisure activities as well the flair of the River Rhine. The demand for living space is continuous, leading to an increase in the price structure to the highest levels. The known districts of Düsseldorf, like Meerbusch, Ratingen-Hösel, the Duisburger Süden as well as the Mülheimer Uhlenhorst are still favorites for many buyers.
The trend is going up, in very good locations like Oberkassel, collector's prices are being reached. The purchasing prices of investment property have developed in a very positive way.
